Our main business is manufacturing and marketing of LPG regulators and valves.
IGT was founded in 2003. Our head office is in Horsholm, 30 km north of Copenhagen the capital of Denmark.
With over 18 years working experience in the LPG industry we wanted to introduce new competition into the LPG regulator and valve industry.

IGT LPG Regulators :
IGT has been manufacturing regulators since January 2004 and has successfully exported regulators to over 20 countries world wide. Production capacity is now approaching 2mill pcs/year.
At present a new factory building is in the planning phase. When inaugurated in 2006 it will bring the production capacity up to 6 mill regulators/year.
The IGT regulators are manufactured in co-operation with a Chinese partner who supplies parts for the IGT assembly plant. The regulators are CE approved to EN12864 by DGP; Danish Governmental Gas Institute. The IGT factory runs a strict QA system to ensure the needed product quality.
The production is taking place on an assembly line developed by IGT. On the line continuous quality tests are carried out during assembly thereby assuring a superior product quality of the IGT regulators.
All assembly line workers are trained by IGT to follow our strict QA procedures.
IGT employees in China are supervising the assembly production on a daily basis.
After assembly 100 % of the regulators are tested to EN12864 specification. Additionally 2 % of the regulators are as well double tested by IGT QA department.
The IGT regulators design are uniquely only to IGT products. IGT has chosen to design an improved product quality compared to the quality of established competitors. The IGT regulators are innovative based on unique IGT developed designs. We always choose the stronger and reliable design solutions that will guarantee the good and safe function for all the products life cycle irrespectable of the working conditions and environment.
All IGT products are all covered by a Product Liability Insurance.
LPG Valves :
The IGT valves are manufactured in Chile for IGT by Cemco S.A. The valves are PI marked and approved for use in European markets. Outside Europe approvals are obtained where needed.
Cemco has been manufacturing LPG valves for over 40 years and is a major market player in South, Middle and North American markets. From 2004 Cemco has started sales in Europe, Middle east, Africa and Asia in partnership with IGT.
The valves are customised, by marking, hand wheel sizes, dip tubes, caps etc as per customer specification. Stocks of valves has been established in Europe.
Valve samples are sent to customer on requests.
Marketing and sales:
For marketing purposes IGT has developed several new packaging for the regulators, such as skin packing with gas hose and clamps, blister packing and packaging in plastic bags. IGT also do customised products, by colour, labels, EAN codes, etc to meet demands of customers.
At present IGT sells in over 25 countries expanding our sales network fast into Asia, Europe, Middle east, and south America.
